So I was cleaning my waste tank on my prochem PTO today and there is a tube going through the tank. Couldn’t figure out why, so I started looking. It’s to feed a wiring harness and water line through the tank to the rear of the machine. They could not run this on the out side of the machine. Once this tube goes the whole tank is toast. This machine is filled with bad ideas.

So what are the worst ideas you have seen or owned.

You must have an older one than I do. I was going to put one of those prochem pto machines in a van once and then I thought to myself "im crazy" to many places for something to fail. I actually just put a motor on it and use it as a backup machine. But mine actually has a cutout in the tank for those wires and hose. Then it gets covered by a plate. In theory you could weld up the area behind the cutout if it broke through.

So you put a motor on the pto unit. Post some pictures. How do you get your heat?

be glad you didn't put it in. Prochem would have been better off with a drive shaft for this unit. The 25 gallons of oil behind the seat is just retarded. The weight on the front end is crazy. If you run this unit on high you will be in the shop all the time. If I run it at 2200 rpms and the hood up I save thousands in repairs. When you go to the shop and try to get the van worked on you get the pita labor rate cuz all the hoses and they screw up something on the tm every time.
I always laugh when I see the prochem #1 for a reason in cleanfax.

I still don't get... I'm sure I don't want to get it.... But understanding it wouldn't be so bad... I don't think.

What the hell?

A Truck "Mount"?

Am I close?

Restricting airflow of a blower to make more heat has to be at the top of the list.

What could be more lame than that you ask?

How about a design that requires you to remove the engine or blower to replace a simple belt.

Pantyhose may seem weird, but what about using a nylon mess sock that happens to be worn on legs.

What's booties have to do with TM design?
Booties or paper, BFD, if one or the other gives your client more peace of mind, go for it. Beats having to tell them to stay off it for X number of hours.

Hey, Klaatu....what's wrong with panty hose? I kinda like asking my lady custys (and a few occational guys) for their used panty hose!

Hey, it's helps me clean my stainless basket faster between jobs, and it collects all the carpet fuzz and shit and keeps it off the drive.
