Taking into account you have exhausted all the above and still no resolve; you sure your hoses aren't cut somewhere or your cuffs aren't correctly installed and tight?? Also inspect the wand for cracks; I had a wand crack at the weld under side near sprayer nozzles; drove me nuts for 2 hours till I just happen to suck up some water from a bucket; a few drops came out grabbed other wand and all was well.

Lester, You may want to plug some of those holes on your relief valve. Those white magic relieve valves can leak massive amounts of air before you even reach max hg. You could be wasting 30-40% of your power.

As a test plug all but 2 of those holes with duct tape and test out your wand on the carpet, I'll bet you see a huge difference. If you do then you'll want to get a precision valve .
