2G way to save 1000s in tufting costs to see if the AW has what it takes to slurp water 1/8" off the floor..

There's one fad that I never succumbed to..

the board de jour phenomenon is nothing short of amazing how mediocre (at best) gear and juice of the week become "greatest evah"

Pepsi sprayers
Kunckle valves
Greenbean wands
02 orange juice pee water
400 ft of 14 to the door hose runs to reach 90ft from the truck to farthest room
Light duty hose that kinked if your TM had more vac than a porty
et al...

The Fook kind of fittings are those?

Looks like a Schader valve on one side.. and a cobble of fittings on the hose side..

How did you make it fit though?
The braided hose is a refrigerator ice Maker hose that happened to have to correct fitting for the adapter on the bottle. The other fittings are from my 30 year collection of misc fittings. Whatever works. I use that for water based protector only. I have both a 120 volt compressor that I bring on the job for large jobs and a 12 volt compressor that plugs into my truck.

The relief valve pops off at 130 psi. Didn't I sell you my 5 gallons ones? They were great for large jobs.
I’m going to be using them for the up coming casino job. It’s an 8 hr push.
No break, starts at 11, ends at 7…on a Sunday no less…
Time is Money on that one.

I searched and searched and found these..

I’m not going to run a hose barbed fitting and have the same sh!t that happens to others with the hose breaking or flying off.. Put an on/off valve right before the hose so you can not keep the hose pressurized when not in-use..

You can drill a hole in the lid for a metal Schrader valve..

I want a dedicated solvent sprayer and moth deterrent sprayer for rugs..

I have a rather large collection of brass scavenged from broken or old equipment as well.. Rob Peter, to fix Paul..

Mine are all properly screwed on. The only thing that restricts you from spraying solvents is the seals. You need a gun with viton seals and a viton seal under the main cap. Pretty sure mine is just rubber.

Does it make the angle of the wand more flexible so it doesn't have to stay at a specific position to hold a good connection to the carpet?

for carpet?
get rid of the glide and no one between 5' 6" and 6' will have a problem

side note, Jaun is going to die a slow death on the wand if his posture doesn't improve.
and how tall is he?

He might be around 5' tall. That was his first 20min in that pic. As the day carried on, he got much better.

So basically the tufts leave more water than desired. Not a complaint. But it is what it is.
Huh?

The tufts are 1/8th, this mock up is a $3540 cheaper way to figure out if a wand has what it takes to do the job.

In most situations the tufts have better recovery than a spinner, a carpet glide or a shitty HS tool.

The upcoming Dev wand may do a bit better.
