Good choice on getting a cube instead of a van. In my van there doesnt seem that there is enough room for everything. My next ride is going to be a cube truck, not that high of a profile though.

Kitchen sink is classic, first time I have ever seen one used.

having the sink as a mixing station works really slick.
Nice to be able to mix things nicely out in the truck without having to go into the house for fresh water.

The concept of these vans is the front part is where you chose your weapons and poison and the back end is for hoses and machine. The work flow is functional and ergonomic and lends it self to properly proportioned axle weights both statically and dynamically.

The sink is set up for on demand propane supplied instant hot water with the addition of this little heater that gets its fuel off the undermount propane tank. It can be mounted on the outside gable of the sink cabinet. Its perfect for mixing pre-sprays with hot water.
