The videos were excellent. I really don't understand why Interlink didn't call you in more during development of their wand. I'm sure their wand was an expensive enterprise but it seems to be typical of development by committee products. We knew the Tom wand was the one to measure the others by and I was surprised at the praise the SS wand received and now that is under consideration as well. The Dang wand may be a good wand if you have employees that are going to throw it around due to price and adequate swivel. Throw away wands have a place in this business as well. The Evolution wand is heavily promoted and I don't understand why it hasn't been upgraded or replaced by Hydra Master. It is a disincentive to buying one of their truck mounts. IMO.Maybe I'm wrong..
Nice review Mikey. I can't be bothered with 2 inch wands these days, yeah, I know, i'm getting old. I really like that ss 12 inch but I agree that it is stupid to have a 2 inch bulb on a 1 1/2 wand. Guys that use 1 1/2 wands don't use 2 inch hose to the wand. If we did, we would have a 2 inch wand. I would really like to see it in a swivel version. If some is going to do it soon, I will wait, otherwise i will be buying a ss 12 incher.
Resi work is no big deal with a 12.
In reality you are always cleaning 12 inches , you're just re cleaning 2 inches. In reality using that 12 incher and over lapping strokes you're only cleaning 10 inches.
Change my....You aren't very tolerant to change, are you?

Your aging body will thank you
I just don't understand how the bentley with it's unusual metal glide can glide smoothly without tearing or pulling up carpet strands.
Why did you go throug the hassle of making your own manifolds? All you had to do was put two washers in between the manifold and the head to push the manifold away from the head so it wouldn't spray the glide.I agree, that's why I removed the metal one and bought the Teflon glide for the Bentley. However I didn't like how the spray pattern was hitting the wand instead of the carpet. So I had to make my own manifolds.
Where are you guys getting this cleaning 10 inches or reclining 2 inch idea?In reality you are always cleaning 12 inches , you're just re cleaning 2 inches.
Those standards were from the portable era.Where are you guys getting this cleaning 10 inches or reclining 2 inch idea?
Why don't you try cleaning like IICRC told us to clean and reclean 6inches with a 12inch wand.
Have they updated them since 02 when I took that class? Those standards were from the portable era.
