Just curious..

For me it's about 3% of gross sales..

What has worked the best for generating new leads?

For me now it's facebook, but in the past it was all flyers..

7-12%

It fluctuates a bit....(sometimes I get more carried away and my wife has to reel me in)

But the social media free thing works for us too....

As an independent, I have heard you will spend more than a franchise that has more corporate exposure.

We keep our names in front of people all the time...even in slow times so when it is time to get busy....they are thinking of us first...

Last year rebranding....well...there is a lot of expense and I am going to talking about this during my Atlanta Presentation this year in April....

And we still don't have all of our things quite completed for the rebrand....

2.8 last year. We keep trying to spend more but haven't achieved it. I personally would feel better in the 4% range. I had one consultant tell me we were over spending at 3%.

He didn't have access to industry benchmarks so he lumped us in with janitorial. I question how accurate that number is.

8 to 10%. I try not to go over $3,000 a month on advertising costs. The impact of social media advertising and other keeps our name out there and in people's minds for longer than just the ad run time.
