I did one today nested in a neighborhood I more or less own.

13 year old slightly better than builders grade, builders grade. Ha Ha. Tenn boys beat up!

I hated throwing in the towel, but it was much better than she had imagined it would be.
I was thrilled she was thrilled.

Doing only 2 jobs tomorrow, one about 3 houses from the one today, and 2nd around the corner. Less than 2 blocks of commuting between the 2. Don't think I'll put 10 miles on the van tomorrow.

Then off to the lake place with Alex.

1st, New Yelper. Nice thick Nylon wiht a dozen or so Lab puddles. Stinky but not horrible. They want to yank it next year so they got my patented I Dont Over Sell Urine sales pitch..

Kirby, loaded up yesterday's left over in the HF with some Fresh Scent and hosed it down. 700 PSI slow rinse.

A bit over powering but much better then wizz.

2nd, Leaking water cooler. Water company sent out the new cheap dude in town who after 4 visits failed to get it out. Secretary tried and failed as well. 600 feet of offices as well.
I gave them a 50% chance of the ring returning and it would be our minimum to come out again.

Kirby, Flex and Chemspec Booster. HOSSED the lobby really slow and Ti wanded the rest. Loads of soap around the entry. When I felt I got out all I could I sprayed down some Releasit DS2 mix strong , took off the vacuum hose off the HOSS and ground it in to help prevent wicking.

The area under the receptionists chair was typically matted down. I was very pleased with how well the HOSS fluffed it up

Have any of you ever seen filtration stains like this?

Flex and Chemspec Booster left over from the last job with some added Oxy Clean. No scrub, no vacuum, Ti wand rinse.

We see soil filtration like that.

I think it is from in a case like that more pin hole type leaks around those areas that causes that streaking look.

Never know though....

I saw one time soil filtration in the middle of all rooms every 4 inches in the same exact layout as the wood floor below.
They burned wood and was the craziest thing I ever saw.


On the loaded soap, I have sometimes ran out to the truck, grabbed some powdered defoamer and also just sprinkled on top of it to help eliminate it....

Don't know if that helped either....always seems we are just thinking on our feet and doing our best to fix a lot of problems people create

Now the 77 degree weather....again my wife says "Wah! Why do we live here?" and in the same breath...."but it wasn't too bad here today" (was 16 above and now below zero again this morning....MN weather and people....LOL)

1st, 6 month old SmartStrand. Nothing on her invoice to lable it as "Silk" but nice and soft and I thought it was nylon.
Second visit for us on this carpet, one to deal with a big pet spot she could not get out and now to do the whole house. She was sold a bill of Rhino sized goods so shes pissed at how hard it is to spot clean after her dog. She's driving the retailer nuts with complaints.


Looking prematurely worn to me too...

Kirby, Redline, water rinse with Ti wands.

Saw this in their bathroom and thought to myself, "what a great way to test my Por Chem Titanium wand's ability to clean better depending on which day of the week it is"

2nd, one of our best repeats...

We clean the Travertine a lot but just carpet and rugs today..

Carpet was very dirty as usual. Kirby, Enzall, ChemSpec BioBooster and the HOSS with TI trim..

Came out near perfect!

finally wore out a Flash Cuff. the lead male that sees ALL the action..

lasted far longer than it should have.

Very pleased with the Flash Cuffs.

Especially the beta ones I was sent for testing that do not lose the Orings.

2nd was a funky 300 sf studio/back house rental that goes for $1200 here in SCruz..

3rd, three spots at a regular commercial account that we Cimex. $50 a spot to use the 175 and DS2/40 on...

Gave Ely to Davis to do two more..
