More than likely the next big thing is more and more flooring types that dont need professionals to clean them

Almost no one here could make ends meet on hard surfaces alone.

Grainless LVP, disposable rugs, epoxy grout, real wood for rich and not enough carpet to keep more than a few per city busy.

That's looking like the long term reality that may be sooner than we want to admit. I wouldn't want my nephews going into this industry, too many other options.

I got to drive quite a few different vehicles including a Porsche 911 my pilots car. In Germany they are geared different so your Audi isn't the same as one oversees. Big difference.

Most vehicles are over engineered I think.
