They actually make another reel that is tall instead of wide. it can be mounted in the back if you need more hose.
Aero Tech is awesome and their customer service really is 2nd to none. I would have kept buying butler had they treated me the way Aero Tech does. Heck, AT knows I wont be buying a machine and they are still top notch. Priced a new box truck with them for late 2016. Empty truck runs about 55k gas version.
and yes, when guys start talking dual wand I dont hold back, most mfg's are full of shit and they know it. AT is the only true dual wand machine imo.

There are two 2014 Areo Tech's for sale on the Aero Tech web site under used truck mounts. Barely over a 1000k hrs and just over 4ok miles for $77k each.
They almost new. wish I was in the market for one:biggrin:, maybe in a couple years.

I think that the ss 870 is a true dual wand machine.

In fact I have ran two spinners off of an 870 without any issue plenty of heat (180) and vac for most any job.

I'm pretty sure they don't spin the blower on the 870 close to that fast. I belive they spin it at 530 CFM for their max

I doubt that the prochem 650 is 650 cfm and they're spinning thier blower faster

Prochem's is spinning at 3125 rpm.

Sapphire manual says 3600 rpm for thier blower. That's probably maximum in full throttle.

Those numbers drop with a wand on the carpet probably 500 @ 13 hg for the Everest, and 525 at 14 hg for the 870.

That's guessing by the way, also the AT says ICFM or inlet cubic feet per minute 660@16hg.

I don't know if that's what it set to, but that would be some crazy vacuum.

I was the first on this board to give Aero Tech a chance. Mine is the first one with the heat exchanger in the box. While they were building my truck, Vlad was trying to figure out how to make it so the heat exchanger doesn't freeze. At first he wanted to put in a pump that will circulate the water all the time. Then he called me and asked if I would mind if he put it in the box. He gave me the dimensions and I said do it.

There is a misconception. I have a 2005. The 2005 and 2006 UD trucks have a Hino motor in them and they have a lot more power than 1999 to 2004. My Aero Tech has just under 200,000 miles on it. I just had my 1st problem, the studs to the exhaust manifold broke. Not bad for 10 years and 200,000 miles. Aero Tech the company and machine are both by far the best I have ever had. I will never own any other machine except a Vortex that was made by Aero Tech. We have 1 Aero Tech and 2 Vortex's now.

I've also flipped my Aero Tech. We put it back in the shop and have put 60,000 miles on it since.
