The tech dept does consider the High Flow Extraction as High Performance.
The tech dept will also accept the Cimex on their carpets. No one will approve it in writing but when I have had the issue come up, I could call the tech dept and they would accept it to the customer I was dealing with. Had this happen a couple of times.
I also took the time to go to the tech dept and use the Cimex in their testing procedures and they liked the results and from there have been agreeable with the machine on their carpets when asked. I even took photos of the results in their controlled environment and the results were impressive.
Just my experiences with Shaw's Tech Dept. Just my experience on this subject, for what it is worth.
