Here is a Wilton wool woven rug I washed today. Extremely dirty. I made this rug years ago . Actually there daughter gave her folks this rug . They called me up to clean it for them . Lol I was like this is my work. Anyway the rug is cleaner than clean . Cleaned it with 45 gaRinsed with like 200 gallons of water along with a nice glacial acedic acid rinse.

[quote="Clean Response":2ti26cs6]How big is it? It looks huge.

How did you dry it?
It measure 13'2 x 15 .It is a big rug not huge .
I dried it on a drying floor with multiple fans.[/quote:2ti26cs6]

"Drying floor"? Elevated? Air movement from below and above? Did you secure the edges to prevent shrinkage during the drying process? thanks for the thread!

I could not help but notice the blog section. LOL. This is a perfect example of it was done and it can be done with no problems. But im experienced with these fibres for over 25 years. i know what to do with what and what I can expect. However I do understand Im not pushing a cleaning method . It can be dangerous to someone else.
