So you wanted to know WHY some weren't signing on....

If I already have good positioning on the web, why do I want to pay you $35 to be on the Network?

My area has about 7 or 8 zips I would need to be in, so would I have to pay $70 to $100 to cover a population of 200K?

Good positioning is good. I bring internet customers from all angles...not just from what you see...but what your customer sees

Google is huge and the stats say 80%...but that 80% comes from everything that Google owns...and that isn't just the local searches.

If you are the only guy signed up in your neighborhood then just the 3 zip codes will cover those areas and more. But if a cleaner signs up "next door" to your zip codes then he would get that work.
Hope this helps.

By the way...the most zips purchased is 12. It's in an area that is heavily congested so it's a good Idea.
Most guys should only need to buy one subscription and get 3 zip codes to cover their entire area.

Fred did....not sure anyone here knows more than him on this board
I did, however, politely ask him to not throw me under the bus for the sake of doing it.

Thanks Fred, I would love to know what I could do to improve the Network Carpet Cleaning Website or system. PM me.

I was trying to keep it simple and then just get it out to every potential customer in the nation. That 60% that doesn't even think about carpet cleaning may actually start to think about it.

I'm getting carpet cleaners telling me about good results already and it really is still fairly new.

I like what you said about get in while you can....once a zip code is taken...it's taken.

My idea is that this should work in any area there is a carpet cleaner...it will probably work better in some areas than other but this fact still remains...

It's $35.00 per month....if you get one job per month from it....it's more than worth it.

I put the price that low because I wanted to make sure any carpet cleaner could do it...bigger operations will buy more zip codes....I think that is the beauty of making it work on zip codes...you choose your area and you choose how big you want it to be.

By the way, I am planning on getting into other parts of our industry like House Cleaning, Landscaping, painting, maybe tile cleaning (not sure), Heating and air, pest control etc....power partners of the carpet cleaner

I just want to make it works for carpet cleaners first...near and dear to me.
And the fact is, if I can make it work for the most skeptical, tell it like it is, no BS, show me the money or you suck industry in the world...it will work anywhere.

Is there really a reason NOT to sign up now? Other than just NOT needing it, I think it will work well for any cleaner.

If someone fails to pay their bill or cancels, do you plan to release the Zip for someone else to use?

You will loose your zip codes 1 month from your last payment if you cancel or can't pay.

If for some reason the automatic payment doesn't go through, I will contact the cleaner to see if they have another form of payment or if they want to keep the subscription going.

Whatever is fair.

Thanks Mikey
Not so much Harpy
Actually thanks to Harper for asking all the right questions

I have 2 cleaners who just signed on since the post of this thread who have reported getting jobs from Network Carpet Cleaning. The marketing is almost instant.
Not to mention Dgargan with Eco Clean who posted in this thread that he got a job.

Hell, I didn't think it would work THAT good.

What more do you need to be convinced Harp?
I think you should purchase a subscription so you can report back to the board.
I'll only charge you twice the amount.  (just Kidding)

Edit: I guess I should say that I don't guarantee results like that but I sure as hell will work for them.

Do the jobs come in via e-mail or phone?

I get so much from the internet now. A few more can't hurt.

I get them 3 ways from #1 website. #1 on maps and from the thousands of local computers that have links from groups to their members.

This program brings more customers to your website. A Mini Google, if you will.

I am asking everyone on the program to remember to ask...
"How did you hear about us?" or "How did you find us?"

If you have access to the "behind the scenes" of your website, it will tell you what website your customers came from.

But still the best way to find out is to just ask.
When they say "I found you on the Internet" you should really dig a little deeper to find out specific websites.

I would always tell them that it was important for us to know so we could see where are advertising dollars were best spent, thereby keeping our cost down by not wasting money.
Then they get the idea.

The website had a little over 1000 hits this month. I don't have that many carpet cleaners signed up yet either.
I know that a good amount came from Mikey's board because of this thread but I thought I would post the results anyway.

I get just short of that many hits from my own local website.

With a little work hopefully it will double each month for the next few months.

That's what I'm working towards...I do, however want to focus on quality hits not quantity hits.

Did you get my report Dave?
Should be in your email box.

I think it is a good idea but Google does not like affiliated websites so your ranking will not be that good if say a customer types in carpet cleaner there local area will your website show up it may in google adwords but not in organic searches, I could be wrong but that is what the google specialists are saying. Would love to know how you rank with google.

As said before, I do work on organics but that isn't the only place that our customers will find us. I target our best demographic for residential work in the places they frequent. I started doing this with my own carpet cleaning company and it works great.
Google local search is a very small part of Google. Google is everywhere. The female homeowner will hang out in other places where my ad is more likely to pop up. Not to mention when they subscribe to anything, there are usually ads there waiting for them. The idea is to have MY ads there waiting for them.

I target just over a million female homeowners right now...that's growing with every subscription to Network Carpet Cleaning.
The Internet is a wonderful thing.

Get on board and try it out. Members are telling me they are getting jobs.
For $35.00 per month, if you get one job a month...it's more than worth it.

lets see the testimonials

There are two in this thread that I know of...maybe 3.
I'm not going to post names here because there are some asses on this board that will screw with people if they say one nice thing.

If they want to post that's fine. Most of my members I've never seen here before.

I only posted this thread once I had it working well enough to put up with all the crap most of you dish out. :?

Edit: I will say that there was a hit in Knoxville again just a short while ago this morning.
