Steve, When you understand the POWER of HEAT FRICTION and ABSORPTION, the fact that you can go over the carpet as many

times as you want without FEAR of over WETTING, like multiple steam strokes, even with multiple vacuum strokes {not that

anything is wrong with with steam cleaning }But with VLM you can keep cleaning until it comes clean! {it doesn't take long }

It just works ALL DAY LONG, EVERY DAY!! I am never disappointed with the results!!! { maybe once or twice in the past 10 years}

IF YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW!!!
I did the CD thing in the 90s and I have all the tools to scrub and run on shelves in the shop.
I know.
I know I prefer to leave floors and furniture clean when I leave.
I can upsell tile and other hard surfaces. I can soft wash porches and entrances on my way out. Even clean sidewalks to freshen up the curb appeal.
I clean fireplaces and so much more than just carpet. I clean outdoor grills and patio furniture and the concrete or tile it sits on. I will clean the face of gutters at entrances. Mail boxes.
There's really no end to what can be cleaned with HWE equipment.
I do some flood work too.
Let me see you guys extract an inch of water from carpet and get it dry in a day.

And I dont have to wash a dozen bonnets when I get home. Thats something else steampro lol never shows. Where are all the dirty bonnets? And why does he call himself steampro?
Deceptive business practices.

The power of heat friction is why carpet manufacturers dont recomend that type of cleaning. Steampros pictures show a lot of fiber damage.

Just got a call from a regular customer asking if I could snowblow his back yard to get his van out lol. We got a foot of snow the other day and near zero temps this morning but I will help him out. No truckmount required.

Hard work never bothered me. I should say I dont mind doing it. It does cause me physical pain though. But it doesnt stop me.

Im 62 in a month.

Believe you me, if it was ever a problem I'd go back to steam cleaning.{that little 370 sure is pretty!!!}
I dont know. Its a bit underpowered for me.

I forgot to mention rugs. I have a lot of customers ask to have their small rugs cleaned. How do you guys handle that? A lot of them are pretty thin and move easily.

Take off the wand pull the trigger get some water flowing through WORX

Put wand back on and your primed

If that doesn't work it probably has air lock

Hook up WORX to water hose take off wand and force water through WORX

Put wand back on your primed
I've tried all that, but it's pretty stubborn. I think it came defective from the factory.

I know several people that use them and love them. I'll see if I can find a good deal online and pick another one up.

If you don't have an extra set of feet to step on the rug, the only way to do it is to forward push the wand on wet and dry passes. It's a slower process, but it's not rocket science. And if it's a trashed rug, it needs to be flushed heavy on pavement outside with higher psi

No snow blowing, but we get so much additional I started a separate company. I put all services
separate from my janitorial in a different company. We don't sub anything out.

I got this rug about done except for the this spot on the fringe. I just applied a little 3 percent peroxide to see if it will work before going with volume 40.
It came from a home Genny was cleaning. While she was there a leak from the upstairs toilet came pouring down on the rug and a couple chairs so she called me in. I got everything including the wood floor under the rug cleaned up and brought the rug home. Its 10x15 and thick.
I couldn't get it dry in the shop because its not heated and it was 5 degrees this morning so I brought in to finish drying.
The owners already had a plumber coming next week and it had been leaking for awhile.
The rug smelled like 💩.

Matt knows what I was talking about though. 20251205_151338.jpg20251205_151323.jpg

Genny and I keep our businesses separate. We make it a competition but I work with her on several regular custodial jobs I dont get paid for.

I don’t use an in-line sprayer much these days, though I will in certain situations. I’m pretty careful and controlled with how I apply pre-spray, but to answer your question honestly, yes, I’m sure that at times the backing and even a bit of the pad get wet.
I mainly use an inline sprayer. Have no issues with drying times.

I bought a Worx Sprayer several years back and I could never get it to prime. I still have it at my shop. Maybe I'll try and take it a part and see if I can find the issue.

I typically use my Multi-Sprayers or my Gen Too. I've also heard good things about the Milwaukee Sprayer.
Problem with the worx sprayer is the cheap hose it comes with. Need to replace it with one that doesn't crimp.

It's nice rug ! I would put plastic under the fringe. Use a small sponge with 3 % dab it on multiple times over a few days, let it dry in between dabs. Good luck !!!

You can get good deals on ebay

WORX sells them on ebay refurbished like new

I buy all my WORX Sprayers off ebay

I buy used vacuums off ebay. My Kirby and 28'' Big Green Vacuum I got cheap off ebay. Both were like new but at a very reasonable price

And I bought my 20'' Whittaker Trio off ebay

Make sure you buy from sellers with a lot of good reviews

For the WORX Sprayer search this number on ebay - WG620

I used a cheap paint brush to apply it. Its lighter today so I will apply it again.
Yes I should have put plastic under it. The porcelain tile wasnt installed well so Im not so concerned about it. I did pull it off the wood though.

I use to lose 10lbs a day if I didnt eat much. I was salt deficient and having autoimmune issues. I was taking 10 grams of salt pills a day this summer and never felt better. Now I lose 3 lbs a day if I dont eat much.
I need more rest. Ive had muscular breakdowns all my life with malnutrition from constant diarrhea. Dehydration too. This would trigger autoimmune problems and renal failures.
Ive been in the ER a bunch of times feeling like im dying but never got any answers or help until 4 years ago.
I hurt when I sit still so im use to staying active. Ive been learning to pace myself better and not do things like extreme lifting. Its hard for me to ask for help.

WOW! I'm glad you got handle on it and feeling better!

Health is everything!

When it comes to salt i use 3 different types & brands throughout the day.

Salt is very IMPORTANT !
