I don't consider it a sin to HWE

It's just the Old Fashioned Way 😍

But if you use the HWE Method and get carpets dry in 2-5 hours. Great !!!

I just prefer a more profitable and simpler way to clean carpet, with 1-2 hour dry times

LESS water MORE agitation !!!
Profitable? For sure.
Simple? No argument there.

But if you know you’re leaving soil behind, “clean” is a generous word for it.

Especially when a lot of those encap products are also leaving behind fluorochemical “forever chemicals” in homes.

Living The Dream, when you pre-spray at 400 psi do you think that you get the backing of carpet and possibly the pad wet ?

I don't prespray at 400 psi. More like 350, and turn up the rinse. If I did, the spray fans in a pattern that it couldn't possibly get the pad wet. I'm like Wayne Quigley in Quigley Down Under, I don't have much use for residential, I didn't say I couldn't do it!

I'm just wondering? Even at 200 psi do you think the backing of carpet and top portion of pad get moist or wet? From let's say a Hydro-Force? { Gravity?}

Frankie, do you really think you're getting the carpet clean by vibrating a bonnet over it, made for interim commercial carpet maintenance?

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.. YMMV

As soon as he drags his $1200 dollar wand with 400 psi attached to 150 ft of hose that's connected to his $30,000 plus TM that carpet is instantly dry

WRONG !!!

With all the money he has invested in his equipment that carpet should be dry as soon as he drags that wand across the SURFACE

But because of WATER PRESSURE most of the water is at the bottom of the carpet with the dirt, prespray, and detergent NOT on the SURFACE

Thick dense carpet is a huge problem for HWE

TRUTH !!!

Long time customer. Living Room and Hall are always bad

Used VacAway Double Trouble 9.5 ph at 2 oz and 4 oz of Detonator (Peroxide) on carpet

I also cleaned the 2 Chairs Sofa and Lveseat

Thick dense carpet Clean and DRY in 1-2 hours

Nate, If you really wanna know if you're leaving chemical and dirt behind? There is a test you can do. I've done this more then once in past. Next time you clean an empty apartment that is semi dirty .Get it as clean as you can. Then detach the carpet from wall, feel the back of the carpet and fill the top of the pad and if it has a Membrane, please make sure you wipe it down. then reattach carpet. Then you will honestly know???

You can do it with carpet tile. You don't have to go through all of that, plus it's thinner. I know!
