Have you ever tried the WORX Sprayer ???

If I was still HWE I would be using the WORX

They are reasonable priced and last a long time

You need 2-3 batteries just in case but one battery usually lasts all day, and you need to charge at the end of the day, but still worth it

Adding a Multi Sprayer Wand to WORX and teejet makes it the BEST Sprayer for VLM or HWE. My opinion

I have different wands with different Teejets for every situation I run into

I mostly use 8002 or 8003 but have 8004 8006 for big rooms so I can move faster or for trashed carpet when I need to put more solution down

love my worx, first I got one of the crappy IBS for when doing VLM, crapped out, quickly, and no support ; got several Worx cheap, online auction, now use for pre-spray HWE as well

Too bad ya can't do the challenge, its pretty straightforward. This is how the carpet looks today. I would divide it into 3 spaces. The challenge is the top 2. The bottom right had 5qts of transmission oil spill on it. It can be made to look presentable but will never come completely clean. During the challenge i will clean it but the challenge is the upper part by the bench. The carpet is not tacked down and there's a blue tarp underneath as a barrier. So the carpet cal be rolled back to record exactly how much dirt and moisture i really push thru when i "soak the crap outa it and push all that dirt down into the pad". Im going to have to clean it over the Christmas holiday cus im tired of looking at it. You need to update your profile it says your in Utah. That would've only been an 800 or so mile trip.

This is the carpet, the last time i cleaned it 1.5 years of use and after replacing 2 complete frontends and a 4 wheel brake job. I first presprayed with firestorm and hydrogen peroxide. It was then cleaned and dried using emulsifier and an rx20. Then followed up with all fiber rinse and rinsing and drying with a 16"4 jet weighted drag wand as i do (with the exception of different presprays) on every carpet i clean. I got 100 oz of silver valued at this moment at 5,739.00 saying you can't out clean me, a 71 year old man with a homemade machine on this carpet using vlm period. The first pictures are to show you that im not using any process that i don't do on every job regardless of how clean or soiled the are when i start. All carpets are first presprayed then cleaned and dried with rx20 and then rinsed and dried with a drag wand. As a vlm'er you could say i double soak the crap outa them. And proudly so since 1977!

FYI, I was the first one to buy the RX-20 in Utah, way back when. At one time i had 5 of them.

You can probably make a carpet look as good if we both started out with a relatively clean carpet but when it comes to a really really dirty carpet you cant just buff n go it will show . Just so you know im not just blowin smoke up your ass. Heres the prize.(thats on the off chance you would've won) but ill put it back in the vault. I thought for sure i had a taker

My shop carpet at one time was installed in a moderate to high end motel. They were replacing all there rooms carpet i offered to haul away 5 rooms worth if they left them whole and cut them square i had um then cut to fit and seamed together so when i drove on them they wouldn't split apart and would lay relatively flat. This carpet is the second one in 37 years thats been in this shop. And was destined for the dumpster when i got it a couple of decades ago. Ive held off cleaning this time it because im activity looking for a replacement. I may even go new this time, that way ill only have 2 seams. 1 long 12'× 32' piece across the back with a 12' × 14' down each of the 2 bays so id need only 60' off a 12' wide roll each bay will still be carpeted 14×24. I do all my own maintenance and repair on equipment and vehicles. I dont own a creeper cus its like changing oil in my livingroom. There's times i turn up the heat, kick off my shoes and wench. Only problem doing repair on wall to wall carpet is if you drop a tiny part you can't hear which way it rolled. Ive convinced several dyr's if there doing maintenance in there garage or driveway to go dumpster diving at a local carpet store and get a piece of carpet to work on and when it gets too dirty toss it and pickup another

I typically use my Multi-Sprayers or my Gen Too. I've also heard good things about the Milwaukee Sprayer.

Take off the wand pull the trigger get some water flowing through WORX

Put wand back on and your primed


If that doesn't work it probably has air lock

Hook up WORX to water hose take off wand and force water through WORX

Put wand back on your primed
