Be honest, what percentage of stairwells really need the riser cleaned?

I started to like the above comment but I talked myself out of it by suspecting he doesn’t edge vacuum,
Marty. You should have seen the job i had today. A vacant office building with 3k sqft of CGD. The place was a total mess. Broken glass and paper clips everywhere. It took me an hour just to vacuum and edge the place.

100 percent. Why?
1. Ive seen posts where they say "they dont look dirty". Well Ive cleaned plenty of carpet that at first didnt "look dirty" where in fact after cleaning made a big difference.
2. If you skip this step, it leads to skipping other steps too. After awhile your just like everyone else, so how do you differentiate from everyone else?

Just today I had a set of steps where the risers were bad. Took an upholstery bonnet to them and they looked like new. Thats the rare case tho.

But if you want to be a 2 percenter you better clean 100 percent and give 100 percent effort, 100 percent of the time.

2%r's use two jet wands... 😵‍💫🤪

I'll sell you a new one with a Glide if you don't bitch about it

Maybe Matt would know if my Extender Benders will work with it, IM guess it they will, so insted of spray down, and soaking the riser, it'll strike right behind my flat face'd Glide.

I would want to install and test before sending it on to you.

That PMF in a 30” version, with a FF glide, tweaked jets, would be my personal preference for a stair tool.

HOWEVER, the 40” is what I’ve been using for almost 12 years…

your extender benders are probably the best thing you've come out with. I used your flat faced glide for the first time yesterday and was very pleased.

You really need to check yourself and take my feedback seriously. I used more stair wands on my career than you've probably heard of, because a man of my height 6'5" isn't very confortable cleaning stairs with stair tools, so I found the perfect shape to clean stairs with only 1 tool. I've read that people on here have used 2 tools (wast of time) to clean risers and landings. This is a job, not a hobby.

I’ve admitted where I was wrong on my feeedback of tools, (zipper was one example)

over all my rantings of my frustration with these overpriced tools out there, feel free to ask
