I’m taking it to the forklift later this week to move it. Rubber mats underneath are getting pulled up.

The waste tank was behind it but I think I’m gonna move it to the left side of the machine for better mounting space and ease of access to the rear and right side of the machine.

The van needs a power steering fluid reservoir, a tuneup, and a new rear door

As for the tm, the water pump needs tlc, and the 185f thermal relief valve needs replaced. 🤞. Once I get it completed, we’ll see what other issues it might have

The thermostat is holding great and after about 2hrs of testing, it's ready to go to work. It's been exactly one year since this project started with me working off and on with it.

OH, and I bought a parts machine also

Been running for years WITHOUT all this. No employees has its advantages. Impressive on the quality 18 years ago. At one time I had the blue covers powder coated for big bucks, now they not even on the truck. That was a bad ass wand too. I ruined it hurricane sandy no glide on concrete. (Sacraficed it over the quad)

Hey guys, when this tm is under load 14hg. It starts to make a louder noise at the blower

Listen to the difference in sound right before and right after I pull the vac hose

Any suggestions?

This machine was neglected very bad before I bought it. I’m assuming it wasn’t greased properly. Is that a bearing showing early symptoms of failure?

Truckmount yes. I'm really concerned about the box/van. It's a P.o.S. and I'm wondering when I need to stop dumping money in it
Just spent another $800 on replacing the A/C unit and inspecting the exhaust for any leaks due to the smell of it in the cab.

Smoke test came out negative with no leaks besides the condensation holes made to leak

As for the smell, valve cover gaskets need replaced. I'm smelling burned oil. Hopefully that'll be the last thing needed in the next 35-50k miles to give my wallet a chance to rest
