So, for the second time in maybe two years I've had a client mention stairs taking a long time to dry(2 days).
I very politely ask Ms Smith a couple of questions about the stairs. Did she have a fan at the bottom of the stairs like we recommend to every client? Stairs do take the longest to dry... She doesn't remember and I can hardly hear her as the five dogs in the other room are going nuts in their crates... Not a very big deal to her(is to us)...
More questions, none of the answers make sense. Was I just in too much of a hurry that day?
Then it comes out...
Well, last time you were here you said we couldn't walk on them til dry(wtf?
). So we put lots of big towels down on all the stairs...
Omg, it's your house... I don't care if you walk on the carpet, it's yours! All clients are told put a fan on it if possible and a towel, rug or mat at the bottom(or I'll do it) so they don't break their neck...
Another repeat client time did the same thing. "We'll the stairs were wet so we put towels on them..."
Just funny shat. Have a good weekend.
It won't stop snowing here.
Tired of shoveling!
