Just got call from this property, a pipe burst again.
Heading out to re-extract and pick up my gear for an electrical test as its been sitting in water..
I didn't see that coming. You do realize that child is now traumatized and will bear the scars forever.

whew not quite as bad as custy described, 2 bedrms, lounge and bathroom all got hit again but water wasnt running through my gear like described.
Hour and half extracting and we're drying again, day 1 for the 2nd time..

The IRS accepted our returns finally. Had to mail in the 2016's but the other years we were able to E-file. Exhausting. Hope it's over. My wife and I now have our new PIN's. Lets hope our Socials don't get stolen again.

Long time Customer called to get on waiting list for when i reopen.
I told her I'm open already IF you really want to cleaning.
She said-- "Oh No Not yet, maybe in 3 weeks, just out me on the waiting list."
Spent the day at the Marina painting the wood on my Dad's Sailboat. Been cleaning and fixing things for 2 weeks now. We've never given the boat this much "Love" in 30 years.
I told her I'm open already IF you really want to cleaning.
