LOL you do need to flush the carpets out, but also need the vac. to get the water out I guarantee even though Ron might use that much water he'll get better dry times then your techs...Lol

I use about 30 gallons on 4 room rentals, and the tenant can move in 4 hours later !gotcha!

that soil left behind in berber is what will bring you back every time!

Understanding that many berbers are olefin, which has a lot of oil in the fiber that the soil become trapped into, and learning how to keep it dormant will, and removing more with post padding and an encap will keep you from going back.

I'd bet ya a benjamin, I could come in after you with a 175, an encap, and cotton pad and go around the room and end up with a good year tire looking pad.

And of the guys that just go in there with a pad, I'd go in there and fill a canister of soil

My tank holds 160 gallons, but I usually don't fill it completely.

However, 600psi atm, 100' 1/4" line, 75% trigger cycle, and at a 6 flow you will actually be using less than a gallon per minute of actual cleaning time.

I use six as a benchmark, as it is most common. I typically use an eight or so.

Still would take considerable time to drop sixty gallons on two rooms.

You also duel wand with a tm that I think isn't capable... Probably should stay with 6 flow imo.
