They don't like pulling the cuff off to vacuum what won't go through the glide?
That is usually the complaint......soon followed by "hey that thing was not that bad, it makes it easier to clean and I'm as tired." If they gave it the time they would like them.

I had a tech call in last year and said he needed another wand his was broke. I asked what happened, he said not broke, but it didn't have a glide and was a pain to push. LOL
