If it is anything like the original Prochem Upholstery Tool:

Pros:
Durable
Nice control of water flow with the side valve
Versatile for stairs, fringes, small area rugs.
With a glide, very good for velvet and chenille; barely any distortion if the vacuum release is open and the flow kept very low.

Cons:

Heavy
Typical external jet "wet tool" issues
Heavy
Uncomfortable "snap" feeling each time the trigger is engaged
Heavy
Internal quick connect that acts as a swivel needs to be lubricated, or the long internal solution line breaks
Heavy

I'm glad Butler made a version of this tool. I always liked it.

But did I say that it is heavy?

I had a Prochem truckmount tool with a hole glide on it I got from Lisa that I often used.
I thought the glide was pretty bulky and liked it much better after I block sanded it down to fit the tool with no material overhanging the tool. It was a internal fit glide.
