It weighs a ton and is way overkill for CC'ing needs

I changed fittings and use it for hi GPM pressure washers

I noticed some aero techs with 1/4in but isnt max flow with 1/4 only about 7.5 or so? how can u get the big flow with 1/4

don't know how much water can fizziclly go thru 100ft of 1/4" @500 psi

the question more important is, how much can go thru the wand or tool plumbing and does 1/4" provide "at least" enough GPM volume for any one tool

would seem the bottleneck to GPM possible would be at valve, QDs and jets
and/or those gawdawful burn blister making 1/8" steel brake line supply line ...on some tools

but honestly, I don't know that
and far too dUmb to know how to calculate such.....

unless you're going to put a heavy duty $20 dollar house plumbing main shutoff ball valve on the end of a hose ..

just buy a dozen of these

they last as long as the brass body ones of similar cheap design .
at a 1/3 of the price


often found at Big Lots for 99 cents
and they take a whole 10 seconds to change when one crAps out
which will be a couple/three a year or every 600-700 machine hours

the only problem I have with the brass ones from hd is that the lever falls off. I solved the problem by backing the screw out, putting in some silicone and retightening it. They will work forever.
