I made a 2.5 gallon electric sprayer for my own use, it works great, but even a 2.5 gallon sprayer gets pretty heavy when you add the fluid, frame(aluminum) battery and pump, the battery is the heaviest, I could have probably went with smaller battery as I had never done this before, the IPS is a great concept but it is just too lightweight even for me I feel I would end up with a broken tool.
This other still falls short as one gallon, and terrible noise, I think it will end up on the garage shelf

I have the Ryobi sprayer. Got it last week. Works OK. It is loud and one gallon is crappy but I don't do carpet every day so it works for me. The quality is very good for the price. Well made and well thought out except for the size. You can see it in the back of this picture with my new vibe.

Your picture gave me a lot of hope. This evening I loaded up the kids and wife in the car and drove out to a very large health club in my town. I submitted a bid. I bid the job with using a technique I learned at Mikey's Fest by the people that put on the presentation from Excellent Supply. If I get the job i'll be using my Orbot. Fingers crossed.

FYI, I left the family in the car while I did the bid. When I was done my wife made me go to the store with her. The boys took our cell phones and played Pokemon Go.

Orbot vibe working great. This was my first vlm job. Dirty library that hadn't been cleaned in over two years. I sprayed with the Ryobi, let dwell for a few min. Then I used superzorb pads to clean. Only caution I will say is if carpet is moderately soiled you will go through more pads than you think. I went through 15 pads in 4-5k sq feet of carpet. I could have used more. Pre vac well and post vac well when dry.

My bid was for 6K sq ft. So I should plan on about 20 diapers?

Another nice video Damon! Maybe because my hearing isn't great...but I really couldn't listen to that sound for very long...
Who is your target audience...carpet cleaner or customers?. NEVER MIND

In a gym with sweaty people use a carpet sanitizer as the bonnet cleaner.
