Does your mechanic clean carpet on the side? No, no he doesn't.

Do you suppose its because he wouldn't know what he was doing? 🤔

I'm just going to throw this out there, do you suppose maybe...just maybe you should clean carpets and let him do your mechanic work? 🤯

No, no I didn't think that made any sense either.

Please carry on! Meaculp! 😉
Do you have a professional mow your lawn while you do janitorial work?

I just bought stuff for a tuneup on my backup van. Plugs, wires, cap and rotor button

I’ve never changed a cap and rotor button before. Is it hard to do?

Wow. She’s a fat pig. Had to shoehorn her in there. I thought I was going to need to cut the reel and weld her back together. I got her in. Tomorrow I’ll bolt her down and plumb her up.

Does the van belong to you?
Its about efficiency. This is the van my employee is using. I’m loading him up with quick in and out jobs while I take on the more technical stuff. So it’s all about efficiency and getting him in and out asap. Between the two of us we’re doing 6-8 jobs a day and the phone is still ringing. I’m 4 weeks booked out and struggling not to push people out farther.

Also i got a good deal on the waterpond, so why not. I was looking for an electric reel and found that for the same price. So I jumped on it.

I’m gonna tell you like you told me about the Vibe, you’re gonna like it, even though you’re not using it. Well, Mister Helper will.

Carrying water makes sense in many aspects. Setup and tear down you'll save 5-miniutes time on every job. 4x a day x 5 days x 4.33 x weeks.

Depending on how many jobs you do a week, a month, a year that time adds up.

Not using the clients water in a drout is added reason to carry your water.

In the winter you can waste a tremendous amount of time jacking around looking for a working spigot. Not to mention the liability of being the one finding that their pipe was broke and being the one blamed for breaking it.

Well, I'm taking a lunch break. I have been working on the van all morning. Got the Reel bolted down along with the chem shelf. After lunch I'll work on wireing her up.
