My name is Jon Duda - I am the service / IT manager here at White Magic. I joined this board today for one reason only...... I Just want to dispel this rumor that we have "closed our doors last Friday" ... I am still here - typing from my office and I invite anyone to call and verify it @ 800-422-1128. Yes the company is for sale.... that is certainly a far cry from being closed... We are still producing and selling truckmounts, just ask our distributors. and while I am here, I also want to thank our distributors for your continued support and I look forward to assisting you in the future

word got to the street that it was all over on Friday and that a prospective new owner is attempting to take over, thus keeping the doors open while due diligence takes place

Atlantic Engineering is and all of its products is actually part of white magic now (some of the best duct cleaning stuff out there I might add!)

Eveyone on here is a potential customer of White Magic Mikey. You posting what you did is the equivalent of someone going around Santa Cruz and telling people that Connoisseur is going out of business or posting it on some local internet forum for the Santa Cruz area.

This was not good press...

If I was in the market for a TM, I'd think twice before making a deposit..

and I have no idea the stability of WM, just like I dont any furniture company out there, but we all know someone that has gotten screwed by making a deposit and not getting the goods.

I hope WM and strong and will see they sales though if that is what they want.

I'm sure thye don't look at this rumor as good press.

Now in the account of RV and Crowely.. That might have been good press for RV

The tm company that will go under first is the one with the most debt and the highest number of used units on the market.

A cash rich company can survive the storm, but they may have to downsize.

New units are not selling.

Saphire does not have enough used units on the market. If you want one, you will have to order new.

If you want a prochem or hm, just buy a used one. There are tons of used boxers, legends, cds units etc.

I think they are all in trouble of losing out to MYTEE.

Most little garage builders use the "deposit" to buy the parts to build the unit.
