Mytee makes poly waste and fresh tanks. Not sure what the max size blower you can use with poly tanks, Nor if they work in the real world.

to echo John, Mytee is the only one I know of that makes a poly waste tank .
No clue whether it's worth a squat.
Does Cobblet use them in his Cobb-o-matics??

Most any fab/weld shop can/will make a tank of stainless or aluminum to your specs.
Important/critical note....copy a known good tank design, cause they're much more than just an empty can....
Internal baffles/supports are needed keep recovered water out of blower and to prevent premature weld fail due to tank vac flex

aluminum is obviously the lightest, but not without it's pitfalls of internal corrosion and pitting.
within as little as 5-6 years the tank bottom may need some bubble gum stop leak repairs due to pitting .
Easiest repair I found for that, is pressure wash clean and pour epoxy puddles inside where needed .
Got another year or three before new tank bottom weld in became necessary

Makers should do more to address corrosion in waste tanks. Line them with poly or something. But NO ! They are more concerned about adding too many electronic gizmos.

Zee show a pic of those tanks. Are they the roundish ones?

Tell me about it. I hate these fancy harwil float switches. I’m making my own today.

just coat the bottom of the tank with Flex Seal either when new or completely dry (with heat lamps), scrape and coat if used. Easypeezy

But will the plastic tanks hold up to a bigger blower like a 47 or 56?
And will the plastic degrade over time and get brittle from age and chem use?

Made for low lift, low flow electroSUX mounts.

And made by mytee gives me caution

I was curious because my buddy bought a bunch of molded chem shelves. They all are sagging now :(

Not sure how much suck for your buck you can get but I know you can use a hammer on them and they hold up fine. Their very strong and made well. You can check with Mytee and might have the info. Mine are 9yrs and next to the engine heat and no problem as of now. If you look on Cobbys site they also have them.
