lolI've got two Studebaker and one Stealth air movers coming. I'm thinking about spray painting "Chavez" all over them so I can pretend I'm a success.
Some people don't have the money to throw around for an attorney everytime they stub their toe.I said the word attorney wayyy back

I'm only doing it for @ShortyDownUnderGo buy a watch and a trailer trash elcamino.
I do agree it may be time to start recording phone calls or have an attorney on the line. There is also a diligence time period and I think Mark and the dealers are way outside of it at this point. Mark may be safe in taking this van to an independent mechanic and have him look at it then sue for reimbursement from GM or Butler. Especially since they have been caught in a lie. They have shown an overt act of deception. Mark now has grounds to escalate.I’m not sue happy, but I know I need a lawyer in my back pocket when insurance doesn’t apply

scroll downMark's situation qualifies as more than a "stubbed toe"
he's bleeding cash over it.
His alternatives are to continue bleeding cash til resolved to his satisfaction
Or run it til possible (probable?) failure and hope it happens within manufactures warranty period
Most BDs not in Mark's po$ition would be forced to do just that, run it

Been sitting there and on 6th payment.
Butler has calls into GM big wigs.
I got so pissed yesterday couldn't sleep.
Local dealer is about to get hammered on social media by me.
Been pretty patient but money and patience done!
GM had some big meetings past few days so nothing returned for calls but I have busted the local dealership in 2 lies and this last time I through them under the bus.
Monday heads are about to roll.
I am freaking pissed off now!
There could be a blood bath
My dealership has all kinds of excuses not to work on it to figure it out and saying region rep coming in on the 22nd of this month... So it's sitting there yet..
Union shop and no one wants to work on it.
Monday... It could be epic pissed off Saiger day!
or at least one problem van.Damn bro, I'd be fit to burn the place down
Beats a Vacuum tat.
How far is the next city with a GM dealer? May be worth driving a ways if they are more competent than yours, and from what you've said they almost would have to be.

But I'm not driving it the way it sounds at times
They would have to transport it and haven't received permission from GM to do anything different.
But Monday will be a new day!

Mark has the right to take it where ever he wants to now. And he can sue and probably win for the cost if he's paid for repairs that didn't fix it. Been through it myself with a personal vehicle.Mark's situation qualifies as more than a "stubbed toe"

You can put that on the side of your new vehicle.I’m only one call away
Did you just replace it with a straight exhaust pipe, or did you submit yourself to California laws and put a new catalytic converter on?View attachment 77595 Removing the potato from our exhaust has turned the V into a Porsche
