I’m taking it to the forklift later this week to move it. Rubber mats underneath are getting pulled up.

The waste tank was behind it but I think I’m gonna move it to the left side of the machine for better mounting space and ease of access to the rear and right side of the machine.

The van needs a power steering fluid reservoir, a tuneup, and a new rear door

As for the tm, the water pump needs tlc, and the 185f thermal relief valve needs replaced. 🤞. Once I get it completed, we’ll see what other issues it might have

Karma is still a biotch 🤣🤣
Luckily I have the time and my new family life has settled in. I also have a good full time career or I'd be up shit creek without a paddle with this new project 😁😁

That doesn't sound too bad. Let us know how it sounds when you get those parts replaced

and on my spare parts machine, I discovered this thing sitting in the silencer when I removed the blower a few weeks ago. There's no way it would've survived in one piece if it was sucked in through the blower. It had to be purposely put in there to do nothing but rattle. If the truck mount won't stop rattling, just go buy another one.

You guys never replied to this comment on how this could've ended up in the silencer in one piece on my scrap machine I bought. Any thoughts?

You sure? Is the exhaust glowing?
Smartass

Just a little glow on the headers on long jobs, but that's normal. It's no longer glowing all the way down to the CAT anymore. I'm really enjoying using this setup now

Amazing what 1 bad wire will cause but it's running great now I just need to get my heat exchanger welded back from where the exhaust ports rusted through. Also for anyone looking these are the best price I've found on the oem wires that won't melt through.

In better news the heat exchanger on mine is in perfect condition just needs a little love lol. 20230807_170813.jpg 20230807_175756.jpg 20230807_185004.jpg 20230807_190234.jpg 20230807_190259.jpg 20230807_185042.jpg

We felt the amtex curse around the same time
I remember just starting out and I was hanging out on the other forum. All the hype was over Amtex and how awesome Ben was, but it wasn't soon after and that vibe changed real quick. Everyone's machines were melting down and having issues. I was very serious about buying one until the shit hit the fan.

It’s tempting to talk bad about that board over that, but truth is, it’s happened here too.
Bulletin board hype is insidious.

I'm very grateful for the other board. I learned a lot over there from some great people. I still buy certain products there. I don't agree with some of the propaganda though.

I am however a prime candidate for eating up bulletin board hype, because I have a shop full of it.
