You know it's dried to a bone and dyed the carpet😂 You'd have to chop it with an axe just to get it started😂

I would rather be a Padder than a SOAKER

VLM crystallizes and leaves NO sticky dirt attracting residue

Residential dries in 1-2 Hours Commercial dries in 30 - 60 minutes

And HUGE PROFITS

What happens to all the prespray detergent dirty water and dirt left behind by SOAKERS

CRICKETS !!! CRICKETS !!! CRICKETS !!!

That just tells me (when you had a machine that looked like a good truckmount) that you didn’t HWE carpet properly
I bet you
-did your wet passes in the triangle pattern
-had a 2 jet wand that was 2-3 flow
-rinsed at maybe 350psi
-didn’t do slow dry passes.
-never changed your blower belts because it was “too hard” to get access
-had your lift set around 11-12

Which made your mind calculate that HWE was terrible method. I understand. That’s why there’s mental facilities for those who were just taught the wrong way. It’s called a class and they teach you the proper way to HWE carpet.

GROUP THINK Members still ignore '' The QUESTION ''

What happens to all that's left behind using HWE

You have a TM and Van sitting outside, blasting away, burning fuel, loaded with equipment that cost you probably $30,000 - $50,000 dollars

With that kind of money the carpet should be dry the minute you drag a wand across it

But NO it still takes 2-5 hours to dry ( if your lucky )

And leaves behind prespray detergent dirty water and dirt

I tell all my customers HWE is how carpets were cleaned in the 90's

VLM with NO residue and 1-2 Hour Residential Dry times is how carpet is cleaned today

I love VLM !!!

Most of the chemical manufacturers claim their product, when used properly, dries to a powder. Maybe not a hard polymer crystal but a powder anyway. I've tested quite a few products and found that many do. Especially products like Procyon or Carpet Details. You see it building up on your hydro-force or on your quick connects. When you brush it, it's just like dust. I have no problem with carpets re-soiling because of sticky residues. Most of my work is repeat customers. One of my friends has gone 100% VLM and he finds it very slow and tedious. He often wishes he had his truck mount back on certain jobs. VLM certainly has its appeal, especially with the low cost of equipment but truck mounts have the ability to perform quickly and efficiently.

That's what I always thought prespray and detergent dries to a powder

What happens to the dirt that's in the dirty water. Water evaporates and dirt settles at the bottom of the carpet with the powder ???

Yes on Residential medium to heavy soil HWE is faster. You can't just blast dirt away with WATER PRESSURE. It can be slow and tedious

I NEVER wished I had my TM back

NEVER NEVER NEVER !!!

Well maybe when I'm crawling around on my knees trying to get Soil Filtration lines out I wish I could just put a wand and flush them out but Soil Filtration was a Pain in the Ass with HWE too but not as much as it is with VLM

That's the only time I wish I had a TM and Wand bad soil filtration along baseboards in the crevice

The more you try to clean soil filtration, often the worse it gets. There are times when it's best to leave it alone.

This discussion gave me an idea for today's video. Thanks ☺️

View: https://youtu.be/-F6MiguGzPU

memories, decades ago, just dipping my toe into VLM.
had a very high end apartment community. high rise, elevators etc.
porty all the way. WHITE , sculptured olefin(of course) berber.

The common halls were polished concrete. When you entered the units you would have thought that on the other side of the door there had been a fire.
All the particulate from the halls filtered under the doors onto the entry tile , and all over the carpet, throughout the units.

It was actually difficult to get it off of the entry tile.

My query to the Excellent Supply people (not sure who, or if Rick)
can I use your stuff as a HWE cleaning agent, to try and prevent wicking of this fine ,almost like toner, particulate which is all throughout the units.?

The response, back then, maybe when Punch was just a twinkle in Rick's eye 😝 , was pretty much silence. (wheels turning?)
