At that point I think if you are not running 3 wands, you are just going to be working harder with only slight or marginal improvement.

Technical difficulties.......

here is a try at uploading via Photobucket.

back to production of the show truck.

FIFTH STAGE:
in the fifth stage of production, we load all of the major components and finish the final assembly.

Here we have loaded the fresh water tank, #6 blower, water pump / oil level indicator, and recovery tank.

Does the chemical pump still have a 700 psi limit?

If so how does one go about dual wanding tile (no rinse) and upholstery (acid rinse) at the same time?

I upgraded mine to either 1500 or 3000, can't remember, from the 600 that came with it. I'm pretty sure they matched the chem pump with pressure pump now. We would leave the valve open when doing tile and blow the diaphragm. Finally upgraded it last year.

The chemical pump diaphragm is rated to 1500 psi. We have installed a ball valve in front of it so it can be turned off when pressure exceeds 1500 or to save wear and tear on the diaphragm when not being used.

We are near completion now. Fully tested, just need to finish the organizational racking system and a few finishing touches.

any way to build a lighter duty at based off the ISUZU Ecomax platform? I think the gvw is 12000 on those trucks.

We have looked into it. The biggest problem was the transmission didn't have enough torque to run our blower and water pump. There would need to be a lot of changes to the overall design and layout and we just did feel the LITTLE BIT of cost savings would justify it.

We screw this attachment into the blower and lift them into the box with a forklift.

Silencer has been mounted. Also notice how the box frame is bolted to the chassis frame.
